Forest Bathing and the Science of Well-Being

 

Nature has the power to restore us. Learn how slowing down in forests and green spaces can help us reconnect with ourselves and our outdoor environment, improve emotional balance, and cultivate peace in everyday life.

 

A continental breakfast will be served. Please bring a travel coffee mug if you have one.
